Q: Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

A: Yes. You will need to set up an account to place your order. Setting up an account with uswill allow you to save your personal information for any transactions that you may do on our website. Your account will provide you the ability to see and track your orders as well as history.


Q: Is my personal information kept private?

A: Please refer to the “Privacy Policy” for details.


Q: How do I retrieve or change the password to my account?

A: You can recover your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.


Q: How can I track my orders or review my order history?

A: You can track your orders by logging into your account and checking the ACCOUNT tab for your order history and tracking information. Additionally please check the confirmation email for tracking information.


Q: I received a shipment from Nikaara, however there were items missing from the order I placed. Was this done in error?

A: No. We may ship different products in different packages due to the size, nature and required handling of the product. Please be assured that your entire order will be received in the outlined time frame at purchase.


Q: Can I place an order over the phone?

A: No. We do not take orders over the phone. All orders have to be routed through the web site.


Q: Can I place an order to ship internationally?

A: We do not ship internationally at this time.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: Please refer to Nikaara’s “Return Policy” for details.


Q: What happens if I refuse a delivery or cancel an order after it has shipped?

A: Please refer to Nikaara’s “Return Policy” for details.


Q: Do you have a Catalog?

A: We do not have a printed Catalog as our product variety varies frequently.


Q: Are there multiple Nikaara stores?

A: Currently Nikaara has only one retail outlet in Whitefield, Bangalore.


Q: I am a Designer, does Nikaara offer Designer discounts?

A: Yes, we work with a lot of designers! We'll just need you to register to become a qualified designer.

You must register at nikaara.com for a username and receive confirmation post verification if you have not yet done so.

To complete the registration you must email the following to service@nikaara.com:


  • Full name
  • Web site address
  • Company PAN Card image
  • Image of your business card
  • Your nikaara.com username

- Post confirmation you will receive an email detailing the terms and conditions of the discount program and how it works.

- Review the terms and conditions for the Designer program so you are aware of the restrictions.

Designer discounts are valid in the store as well as online. Offer is valid for sales of merchandise through the Nikaara Company website and the retail outlet at Whitefield, Bangalore. Offer does not apply to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other promotions. Offer good while quantities last. Details of offer are subject to change. Offer void where prohibited. Offer void if transferred. Nikaara reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the offer at any time.


Q: I have a Nikaara Gift Voucher. Can I use it?

A: Nikaara Gift Vouchers are not accepted on the website. They can be used only at the retail outlet in Whitefield, Bangalore. We will be integrating this feature for our online sales soon.


Q: What are your methods of payment?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, net banking and PayU for payment. We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order, and we do not accept orders through the mail. All prices are in Indian Rupees.


Q: Can I order a replacement part for any Nikaara item?

A: We do not offer replacement parts. However, please log your request via email at service@nikaara.com with the subject “Replacement Part Request” and we may be able to help.


Q: How can I receive Nikaara offers and product news?

A: Please subscribe to our email database by entering your email address in the newsletter subscription box on our main page and clicking on "Join". For more information and offers, you can also Like Nikaara on Facebook. You can also follow us on other social network as per your preference from the website.
