Shipping & Processing Orders

 

Nikaara orders for in-stock merchandise are generally processed and shipped to be received within 7-10 business days unless expedited service is requested.

 

You may receive multiple shipments for an order placed on our web site due to the size or nature of the products.  All orders will receive a confirmation of items shipped once all items have shipped.  Mandated holidays may add an extra 1-2 days to your shipping and processing times depending on the region.

 

Standard Shipping & Express Shipping

 

Nikaara uses the shipping aggregator company Shipmile as their shipping partner.  Based on the destination pin code as well as volume and weight, a particular shipper supported by Shipmile will be contracted to deliver your shipment.

 

Standard Shipping orders generally arrive within 7-10 business days after shipping.  A valid physical address is required for all orders. Delivery will not be done to PO boxes, unclear addresses and addresses without pin codes.

 

The shipping rate will be approximated as per the rate sheet provided and will be adjusted as per the actuals.  In case of a major discrepancy the customer will be contacted for approval.  Shipping rates are subject to change due to various factors.

 

Express Shipping option will entail charges in addition to the Standard Shipping and Processing charges.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer shipping to international destinations.

 

Oversize / Overweight Shipping

 

Shipping of Oversize / Overweight will be handled in an individual manner after consultation with the shipping partner and the customer.

 

The shipper may charge extra apart from the shipping charges for unpacking, placement in a room, packaging removal, and assembly as these charges are not included as part of the Shipping and Handling fee.
